Brand Awareness Campaigns
HMI has created brand awareness campaigns for authors including Anne Geddes, Nigella Lawson, Suze Orman, and Suzanne Somers; Parade; National Geographic Books; M.I.L.K. Ltd., and its worldwide photographic exhibition and the books, Family, Friendship, and Love, and for companies including Crayola and Sirius Thinking Ltd. (PBS-TV's "Between the Lions"). Taking authors beyond the bestseller lists, and a range of clients into new and diverse market sectors, the firm brings greater recognition to their brands' product lines, websites, charitable foundations, and other activities.
Perennial Campaigns
HMI helps to shape and position long term clients by taking an active role in their marketing, publicity, public relations, product development plans, and advertising, becoming part of their creative team. Press Kits
To strengthen the impact of the publicity campaigns, HMI creates print and electronic press kits to secure the interest of the media. These kits are strategically designed to meet the specific goals of our clients and may include press releases, bios, Q&A, tipsheets, photos, and other appropriate support materials. Then they are distributed to the appropriate media outlets with targeted pitch letters.
Book Tours
On behalf of our authors and clients, we have orchestrated successful national, regional, and international book tours, including live and taped television and radio guest appearances; magazine, newspaper, and Internet coverage; book signings; lectures; radio and television satellite tours; slide presentations; and art gallery presentations, as well as cooking demonstrations.
